I am Hanlian Huang from Tainan, Taiwan and Wenhan(文翰) is my chinese name. My family is a three-generation Catholic family. In 2016, I participated in the 180th CHOICE Weekend .After that, I served as a presenter for 5 times and housekeeper for 1 time.I have met many good friends and respectful seniors in CHOICE. I have learned love and tolerate differences in the group. There are so many good memories and experiences during team work with these CHOICE friends. Taiwan's church somehow are not so interesting to young people. Father Huang believes that the main reason is because the church’s Mass ceremonies are more attractive to the elderly and are rarely targeted at young people. Young people are more influenced by their peers than the church. As they grow up, they rarely receive the church’s reeducation so their faith to God is very shallow. Young people dare not express their belief in front of others because they have no experience working with Jesus. Fr. Huang suggested that we should create room and occasions to young people in the church to cultivate their sense of belonging, responsibility, and mission. And then they can feel to be the active role in evangelization , instead of being a side role only.

After participating in the choice in 2014, I began to visit church and was baptized in 2016. Because of choice my thinking about life has changed, and decided to dedicate myself to youth service, hoping to share my own experience with others, and accompany young people who desire to more deeply know and understand themselves.

Couple, Maria Chiang & Hilton Ho, We live in Taichung, Taiwan. We have been married for 29 years and have 1 boy and 1 girl. We fell in love with CHOICE after serving as presenter of 128th weekend  in 2008. CHOICE helped us better understand ourselves. Every Weekend service helped us to enter a deeper belonging and greater love. We have served as the District couple of Taichung for more than 10 years. This year we have been called by the Lord again to serve as the member of National team. We are sincerely willing to work with our partners in the body of Christ, and accompany the youth to bravely answer the Lord's call to find their belonging and happiness.

I am Maria Nieves Yang, a sister of Missionary Sisters of Providence. (MSP). I work in library of MSP since I retired from teaching. I am proud of being a member of Choice.

We were invited as couple presenter from year 2006 and have been couple presenter more than 20 times, including CHOICE weekend in Marcou & China. We were Taipei couple coordinator, and NCT couple 4 years ago.
